Question: When can I expect to receive my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 5-15 days (excluding our processing time of 24-48 hours). This is because our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. This unique business model gives us great savings on storage and transport costs and allows us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and take care of the shipping costs.

Question: The expected delivery time has expired, where is my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Question: I am missing some products in my order, how is that possible?

Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If there are missing items in your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

Question: The Track and Trace code does not show any information, how is this possible?

Answer: From the moment your parcel has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay in the meantime.

Question: I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

Answer: If you want to send a return, just contact our customer service team at info@violetroselondon.com. Please provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in your confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us with the courier company of your choice.

Question: What does it cost to return?

Answer: Returning to us is unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier company. Check the website of the courier company you wish to use for more information about prices.

Question: What happens if I have not received the order confirmation by email?

Answer: That is not the intention. Send an email with your full name and email address to info@violetroselondon.com. We will help you quickly.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email as soon as possible to info@violetroselondon.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason why you want to cancel your order.
